Shipping within Sweden is

Small SEK 19

Medium SEK 39

Large SEK 59

EU / Norway SEK 99

The rest of the world SEK 199.

Packages are usually sent with PostNord.
International shipping outside the EU and Norway is SEK 199.
Heavier parcels like large amounts of fabrics can be charged an extra shipping fee.

It is also possible to choose collection according to agreement at the store Svandammsvägen 9 in Midsommarkransen in Stockholm.

Delivery
Your order is normally shipped within 1-4 working days after payment is received.

During Christmas/summer, delivery times may be longer.

Leave a message or email info@rino.se if you are in a hurry to get the goods and I will try to send them as soon as possible.

The order is usually sent with PostNord as a letter or package. It is your responsibility as the buyer to provide the correct name, address, phone and email when placing the order. I package well but do not take responsibility for handling the mail.
Feel free to download Postnord's app and you will see where your package is.

Return, right of withdrawal, exchange, complaint

Hope your Rino garment turns out fantastic!
Should you still not be satisfied, you can of course make a return. Always make returns/complaints via me, NOT via Klarna.
You have 14 days right of return.

Do this:
1) contact me at info@rino.se
Do nothing via Klarna but always contact me.

2) send your return to me in Hägersten according to ök.
You can, for example, send with https://portal.postnord.com/skikkadirekt/m/
Put in a note with your name.

3) when the return arrives, I will make a further refund or send a replacement.
DO NOT register the return yourself at Klarna, it delays the process, I register the return when I receive the package.

Exceptions to the right to return: panties, tried-on tights and sale items.

You are responsible for the return shipping yourself. Rino is responsible for the return shipping in the event of an error.
Rino is responsible for the shipping of exchange goods.

For packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge a cost of SEK 250.
