Shipping
Shipping within Sweden is
Small 19kr
Medium 39kr
Large 59kr
EU / Norway 99 SEK
Rest of the world 199 SEK.
Packages are usually sent with PostNord.
International shipping outside the EU and Norway is SEK 199.
Heavier parcels like large amounts of fabrics can be charged an extra shipping fee.
You can also choose to pick up by appointment at the store Bondegatan 1D on Södermalm in Stockholm.
Delivery
Your order will normally be shipped within 1-4 business days after payment is received.
During Christmas/summer, delivery times may be longer.
Leave a message or email info@rino.se if you are in a hurry to receive the goods and I will try to ship as soon as possible.
The order is usually sent with PostNord as a letter or package. It is your responsibility as the buyer to provide the correct name, address, telephone and email when placing the order. I package well but take no responsibility for the handling of the mail.
Please download the Postnord app so you can see where your package is.
Return, right of withdrawal, exchange, complaint
Hope your Rino garment turns out amazing!
If you are still not satisfied, you can of course make a return. Always make returns/complaints via Rino and always contact us at info@rino.se, NOT via Klarna.
You have a 14-day right of return.
Do this:
1) contact me at info@rino.se
Do not do anything via Klarna, but contact Rino.
2) Send your return to Rino according to the instructions.
For example, you can send with https://portal.postnord.com/skickadirekt/m/ for your and our safety, return with traceability, then we can look up a return if it does not find its way back to us (all packages sent with Postnord send directly receive a tracking number)
Please include a note with your name.
3) When the return arrives, I will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
DO NOT register the return yourself on Klarna, it delays the process, Rino will register the return when we receive the package.
Exceptions to the right of return: panties, tried-on tights and sale items.
You are responsible for the return shipping. Rino is responsible for the return shipping in case of any errors.
Rino is responsible for shipping the exchange goods.
For packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge a cost of SEK 250.
