Frequently asked questions FAQ

Questions & Answers

Who is Rino?

Rino is an old nickname for me, Carina. I'm the one who creates everything at Rino (and does most of the other things too).

Do I have an open purchase?

Yes, you have two weeks to buy. No returns on panties or opened tights.

Does Rino have a physical store?

Yes, at Bondegatan 1D on Södermalm in Stockholm.

Open Thursdays 12-18, Saturdays 11-16. Other times contact me.

Can I buy now and pay later?

Yes, at checkout (not guest checkout) you can choose Klarna and their various options. I usually mail packages several times a week.

Do you ship to Norway?

Yes, I am happy to ship to Norway and other countries.

Do you sew all the clothes yourself?

I used to sew everything myself, but now I don't have enough time anymore. I work on a small scale with a small, woman-owned tailoring shop in Lithuania. All the garments and many of the fabrics are designed by me.

How long has Rino been around?

I have been fascinated by colors and patterns all my life and in my teens I sewed my own clothes. In 2007 I started sewing clothes under the name Rino. At that time only from colorful retro fabrics that I found at flea markets. I had a sewing blog and also sewed garments to order. Rino also got its first retailer that year, Cissi and Selma in Stockholm.

Do you sell your sewing patterns?

No. The patterns are my own and are only used for rhino clothing.

How do you draw your fabric patterns?

I draw some of my patterns on paper, others digitally. I make the pattern reports themselves in Adobe. I am very inspired by the 60s and 70s and I am overjoyed by certain color combinations.

Are your fabrics eco-labeled?

My own knitwear fabrics are GOTS certified. My own linen and cotton fabrics are öko-tex. Purchased fabrics are usually öko-tex. My fabrics are printed in the EU.
