Should you still not be satisfied, you can of course make a return.
You have 14 days right of return.

Do this:
1) contact me at info @ rino.se

2) send your return to me according to the above.
You can, for example, send with https://portal.postnord.com/skikkadirekt/m/
Put in a note with your name.

3) when the return arrives, I will arrange a further refund or send a replacement.
DO NOT register the return yourself at Klarna, it delays the process, I register the return when I receive the package.

Exceptions to the right to return: panties, tried-on tights and sale items.

You are responsible for the return shipping yourself. Rino is responsible for the return shipping in the event of an error.
Rino is responsible for the shipping of exchange goods.
